Dylan still upset from the fight, got insanely drunk and ended up sleeping with Ace. The next morning Dylan saw it as just a mistake, but Ace had been waiting for a chance to be with Dylan since she first saw him. She'd always loved Dylan. But lily was always in the way. The pair had agreed to keep it a secret to the death of them. However in episode 4, Lily finally finds out the truth, and breaks up with Dylan, and swears to never talk to him nor Ace again. Dylan loves Lily, but is also questioning his feelings for Ace.
